SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The 74th Annual Orange City, Iowa, Tulip Festival got off to a frosty start this morning.
Festival Queen Ali Achterhof says the Festival offers Dutch delicacies, entertainment and, of course, wooden shoes.
The Festival features authentic Dutch costumes, two daily parades, nightly musical theater performing "The Music Man", a carnival midway and a dozen replica windmills sprinkled throughout Orange City.
The Tulip Festival celebrates Orange City's Dutch heritage and is Thursday through Saturday.
