Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO-AM) - Tornadoes spun off by the deluge of a storm system flooding parts of the Sioux Falls area have been reported in Southeastern South Dakota, near Sioux City Iowa and - most dangerously - in the Northeast Nebraska town of Wayne.
There are reports of major damage in Wayne and at least 15 injuries. Some damage reported in the Southeast South Dakota town of Jefferson.

A five year old child was pulled from the floodwaters at Spencer Park in Sioux Falls Sunday afternoon. She was playing the shallows when she went in above her head. After CPR, the child was alert and crying.
