Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. is proud to announce the 21st Annual Hot Summer Nites event, happening on Wednesday, July 16 from 6:00pm -10:30pm. This event will feature hundreds of unique Corvettes from across the country lining the streets of downtown Sioux Falls.
Coming out of short retirement for their 14th appearance at Hot Summer Nites, The Rumbles will perform by the intersection of Main and 11th from 7:30pm – 10:00pm. New this year, enjoy music by the Melley Brothers Band in the Plaza by 12th & Phillips from 6:00 – 7:40pm.
Stop by the Grand Falls Casino booth in front of the State Theatre during the event on July 16th to sign up to win a prize package.
Proudly wearing their leather, Harley owners will arrive amidst the roar of the powerful engines bouncing off the downtown buildings at approximately 6:45 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to stake out a seat at one of the sidewalk cafes, enjoy dinner and spend the evening people watching.
Downtown street closures include:• Phillips Ave from 14th to 9th,• Main from 13th to 10th,• 13th from Main to 1st Ave,• 12th from Main to Phillips,• 11th from Dakota to Mall and• 10th from Main to Mallwhich will close at 5:15 PM to all traffic other than event participants.
Spectator Parking is free in the 1st Ave Ramp after 6:00pm, enter westbound on 10th Street. ADA parking is available in the 1st Ave Ramp. There is also an ADA drop off point located at the southeast corner of 11th & Dakota. You may utilize the Washington Pavilion's small parking lot at this corner to drop people off, but NO EVENT PARKING is allowed in this lot.
