SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls woman is accused of holding a kitchen knife to her sister’s throat in an argument over a damaged car.
Officer Sam Clemens says 34-year-old Tanisha Johnson borrowed her sister’s car and ran over a traffic sign.
Clemens says Johnson returned the damaged car and her sister confronted her. He says things went downhill and she assault her sister with a knife. After police were called, Johnson fled the scene and officers found her changing clothes behind the Pizza Ranch on East 12th Street.
Officers managed to follow a fluid trail back to a traffic sign that had been hit on South Bahnson Avenue.
Clemens says Johnson charged with D-W-I second, driving with a suspended license and aggravated assault.
