SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The ten-day long Sioux Empire Fair opens today at five at the W-H Lyon Fairgrounds in Sioux Falls.
Marketing Director Jen Devine says admission is free today only but there’s still time to get a Siouxper Pass.
Admission for the rest of the Fair is seven dollars for adults, kids six to twelve is two dollars and all grandstand acts are free with paid admission.
The Children’s Safety Fair uses hands-on exhibit to offer kids safety messages at the Sioux Empire Fair.
Bobbi Lower with Sioux Empire Safety Village says the effort brings together many groups. The free Children’s Safety Fair is on the north end of the W-H Lyon Fairgrounds.
