Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - Here are the lane closures this week in Sioux Falls:
Lane Closures North Dakota Avenue and West Sixth Street
Beginning on Monday, October 27, 2014, a portion of the western outside northbound lane of North Dakota Avenue and a portion of the outside eastbound lane of West Sixth Street, at the intersection, will be closed due to an inlet repair project. All other lanes at the intersection will remain open to traffic at all times.
With weather permitting, this portion of the project is anticipated to be completed by November 5, 2014.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – East 50th Street North
Beginning on Monday, October 27, 2014, traffic will be reduced to one lane along East 50th Street North, east of North Fourth Avenue, due to an inlet repair project. One lane of traffic will remain open to motorists at all times.
With weather permitting, this portion of the project is anticipated to be completed by November 5, 2014.

Street Repairs on 11th Street Downtown from Minnesota Avenue to Second Avenue
Beginning on Monday, October 27, 2014, concrete street repairs on 11th Street, downtown from Minnesota Avenue to 2nd Avenue, will start. Work will begin in the left eastbound lane at Minnesota Avenue and proceed towards Second Avenue. Subsequent phases will consist of work in the inside and right eastbound lanes. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained at all times. Traffic delays are to be expected.
Work is expected to be complete in approximately two weeks.
