SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say a 49-year-old Sioux Falls woman gave 19-year-old Caleb Westendorf a place to stay and arranged a paying job for him raking leaves at a neighbor’s house.
Officer Sam Clemens says Westendorf is accused of exposing himself to the neighbor and when he was confronted by the woman he was staying with, he hit her in the face.
Clemens says the woman ordered Westendorf to get out of her home. When she went home Westendorf was in his car and saw her coming down the street. He's accused of speeding backwards and hitting the woman's car in the side.
He drove off but was stopped a few hours later on North Kiwanis. Clemens says Westendorf is charged with indecent exposure and aggravated and simple assault.
