Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM): On December 8, 2014, the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force in conjunction with the Street Crimes Unit conducted an undercover vice operation at local massage parlors.
A detective purchased a massage at the Happy Dragon Massage Parlor at 3007 E. 10th Street in Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says an employee asked the detective if he wanted to pay for a sex act. Once the deal was made, other detectives entered the store and arrested the employee.
Li, Li 44 years old, unknown city, was arrested for prostitution.
