SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - It’s coming down to the wire on the Christmas shopping season and financial advisors say now is not the time to panic.
Breck Miller with Lutheran Social Services says shopping can produce emotional conflict. He says there's always a balance between buying enough for friends and family and justifying the cost.
Miller says a well-planned shopping list and budget can provide gifts that don't threaten financial stability.
He says just because the shopping window is closig don't abandon the fiscal responsibility you hopefully established before the season began.
Miller says if you do go overboard Lutheran Social Services can help you set up a payment plan.
