SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police and Firefighters hope tonight’s charity basketball game becomes an annual affair.
Officer Andy Siebenborn says the free-will admission will benefit two worthy causes. The police are playing for the Family Visitation Center and Firefighters are playing for the Saint Florian Fire and Burn Foundation.
The winning team claims 55% of the gate while the losing team gets 45%. A traveling trophy goes to the winner too.
The cagers compete tonight at 7:30 at Whittier Middle School.
