Sioux Falls, SD (KWSN) - Mayor Mike Huether has announced six vacancies to the Infrastructure Review Advisory Board (IRAB).
The Board advises the Mayor on topics related to construction and land development in Sioux Falls, including fees, regulations, engineering design standards, and construction standards.
The Board is composed of 14 members: 7 voting members and 7 alternates who are appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. We are currently seeking two representatives from the Home Builders Association, two engineering consultant representatives, and two members at-large.
The IRAB meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at the Oak View Branch Library, 3700 East Third Street.
Interested persons should have a strong commitment to public service with an interest in construction or land development in Sioux Falls. Application forms may be obtained by logging on to www.siouxfalls.org/boards-commissions.
