Drinking woman faces child endangerment charges

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls woman faces a second D-W-I and child endangerment charges after she was arrested at Frank Olson Park last night.

Officer Sam Clemens says a witness called police after seeing 37-year-old Heather Hinkley leave a gas station appearing to be intoxicated.

Clemens says officers found the intoxicated Hinckley at the park with her two boys ages five and seven.

Clemens says officers found an open beer in her car.
