SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police begin July making a drug arrest at Heritage Park as they finish a busy June at 6th and Weber.
Lieutenant Loren McManus says officers are watching Heritage. He says they watch all the parks but Heritage is getting a closer inspection because of an increased number of calls there.
McManus says an officer saw a marijuana buy in the park yesterday and arrested both men.
65 year old David Paul King, a transient, is charged with possession with intent to distribute less than an ounce of marijuana, a class 6 felony. 56 year old Robert Flying Hawk is charged with possession of marijuana.
