SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police say an armed robbery at the Cloud Nine Motel on North Cliff Avenue early this morning was drug related.
Officer Sam Clemens three men, one armed with a shotgun, forced their way into a room occupied by two male victims and demanded money.
Clemens says the suspect with the shotgun fired a round into the back wall of the motel room and then the men fled.
Clemens says the men got away with a wallet and a small amount of cash.
