SIOUX FALLS,S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police arrested three Minnesota men early this morning suspected of holding up two gas stations in an hour and a half.
Officer Sam Clemens says a clerk’s detailed description of the suspects and an officer near the second robbery led to the arrests.
Clemens says the officer saw three men in a truck and pulled them over. Inside the truck police found a .22 caliber handgun, cash, cigars and cigerettes.
Charged with two counts of armed robbery are 20-year-old Evan James Kremin of Luverne, 19-year-old Antonio Jordan McWilliams of Marshall and 18-year-old Estevan Velesquez of Tyler. They're also charged with aggravated assault and possession of a stolen firearm.
They’re accused of holding up the Freedom Value Center on South Minnesota and the Holiday Stationstore on West 57th Street.
