SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - It’s not that cold but already thieves are taking advantage of driver’s desires for warm vehicles.
Lieutenant Toby Benson says two cars, one running and the other with keys inside, were stolen early this morning.
Benson says if you're going to leave your car running lock the doors. But sometimes that doesn't stop the most determined of car thieves. He says don't leave keys in your vehicle because someone rummaging around your car for valuables may end up finding them.
