Half-naked victim spins confusing robbery story

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say the victim of a strong armed robbery at the Red Roof Inn Saturday morning may not be telling them everything.

Officer Sam Clemens says a smoker was outside the motel on Gagteway Boulevard when the victim came running out.  Clemens says the victim was wearing only a T-shirt, no pants or underwear.  He says he met a man and woman that day and was spending time with them at their room

The victim says that's when the man attacked him, hitting him in the head and eventually taking his pants             

Clemens says the 19-year old Sioux Falls man did need stitches and staples for a head wound.

The victim lost his pants with his car keys.  The man and woman have not been found.
