SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police were called to 41st and Marion early this morning for a shot fired.
A misunderstanding over driving the wrong way through an apartment parking lot ended with a truck’s rear window shot out with a pellet gun.
Officer Sam Clemens says 19-year-old Caleb Andree was delivering newspapers when the victim began following him after Andree drove against the arrows. The victim followed Andree on his route and when Andre stopped the victim slowed and drove by. Andree is accused of shooting the back window out with a pellet gun.
Andree is charged with aggravated assault and intentional damage to property.
No one was injured.
