SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The weekend will be full of trick-or-treaters of all ages and to keep the adults in line saturation patrols will be held both Friday and Saturday nights in Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says extra officers, deputies and troopers will focus on the impaired driver.
Clemens says the focus is on saturation patrols because authorities believe it's a more effective method of finding impaired drivers than sobriety checkpoints.
Twenty-five extra officers on Friday night and twenty on Halloween.
