(Sioux Falls, SD) KELO-AM - Governor Daugaard, South Dakota U.S. Senators and a host of dignitaries gathered at the Ramkota Hall in Sioux Falls this Saturday to welcome home members of the South Dakota Air National Guard from a four month long deployment to Korea. Over 250 members of the 114th Fighter Wing were stationed at Kunsan Air Base in South Korea starting in April. According to SDANG Executive Officer Major Travis Schuring, While in the Pacific Theatre, Air National Guard personnel worked alongside USAF crews in what's described as a "theatre support package" role, flying regularly scheduled F-16 missions with both US and Korean forces.
