SIOUX FALLS (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man has been missing since October 30, 2015. Kevin Thomas Harty missed a scheduled court hearing and has not been heard from since.
Kevin is a white man, 6 foot tall, 190 pounds, has gray hair, and green eyes. He is driving a 2013 blue Dodge Caravan with South Dakota license 1BDF53.
