SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Shots at Poppadox Pub on South MInnesota Avenue took a twist last night when someone fired a handgun in the parking lot.
An officer at 36th and Dakota saw the muzzle flashes and heard the shots.
27-year-old Jason Paul Amundson of Sioux Falls is charged with possession of a firearm while intoxicated and reckless discharge of a firearm.
Amundson told police he was having a really bad day and was letting off some steam. He fired his handgun seven times.
Amundson’s preliminary breath test was .16. He's accused of firing the handgun into a snowbank.
