Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) - A Yellow Cab driver was robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning. After picking up the fare, the passenger showed a pistol and demanded money. Sioux Falls Police Sergeant Adam Peterson tells KELO Radio News that they were called to the situation around 16th and Marion around 4 A.M. Once on-scene, Peterson said they tried tracking the suspect, who fled south, on foot and with K-9 units, but ended up losing the track and scent.
Officers got further information from the scene and continue their investigation. No one was injured.
