SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A fifty-five year old Sioux Falls man fought with a 24-year-old man who broke into the victim’s home early Saturday morning.
Officer Sam Clemens says Sage Russell Ray Yellow Thunder is accused of kicking in the front door.
Clemens says the victim and suspect do not know each other and the crime appears random. The victim’s wife called police who arrived while the men were still fighting. Yellow Thunder preliminary breath test was .31.
Yellow Thunder is charged with aggravated assault and burglary.
