Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO-AM) - The National Weather Service says another winter storm is expected to affect the region Monday into Tuesday morning. Expect periods of light to moderate snow beginning around mid-day Monday, and lingering into Tuesday morning . The heaviest snowfall will take place Monday afternoon and evening. The main concern is for portions of northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota, where could get from 8 to 12 inches of snow, depending on the track of this system. Travel will become difficult, mainly for the evening commute. The visibility could drop to a half mile or less at times, and roads will likely become snow-covered.
