SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man was stabbed in the abdomen Saturday night and his girlfriend is charged with aggravated assault.
Officer Sam Clemens couldn’t say what sparked the fight between the 39-year-old victim and 35-year-old Delores Rose Merrival.
Clemens says police found a knife with blood on it in the kitchen sink. Merrival is accused of swinging two kitchen knives and stabbing her boyfriend with one. The incident happened at a home in the 1200 block of West 10th.
Clemens says the wound is not life-threatening.
