SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - No one was hurt and there’s no arrest after a man pointed a handgun at his mother in a downtown Sioux Falls apartment last night.
Officer Sam Clemens says everyone got safely out of a South Third Avenue apartment and police tried contacting the suspect.
Clemens says the man and a woman managed to slip out of the apartment without authorities seeing them. He couldn't say what sparked the argument but alcohol was not a factor.
Investigators have the suspect’s name and say there’s no danger to the public.
