Scalia Was Scheduled to Speak at Augustana University in March

(Sioux Falls, SD) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was planning to visit Augustana University next month, according to KSFY.

Augustana University and the Center for Western Studies announced in November that Scalia would speak at the 20th Boe Forum on Public Affairs on March 9.

Scalia was expected to discuss the topic of "Whether the U.S. Constitution is a Living Document."

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 79, died in his sleep during a trip to Texas Saturday.
