SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) - A Downtown Sioux Falls project just got a big boost…the “ARC OF DREAMS” moved closer to realization Monday, as the Downtown Rotary Club made a 50 thousand dollar donation to the cause. The club’s Joel Dykstra says it will be a boost for the river greenway area, both from the artistic aspect and as a destination point. Plans are for the fifty foot arch style monument to be erected upstream from Falls Park. Sculpture Walk organizers say the donation goes towards the more than one million dollar price tag for the project. Sculpture Walk leaders say they hope to break ground this spring.
