Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) A former Sioux Falls high school teacher has pleaded guilty to using a camera hidden in his shoe to take pictures up women's skirts.
Dallas Wilkinson will serve four months in jail and eight months on electronic monitoring.
Authorities have store security video of Wilkinson walking up to unsuspecting women in Hy-vee and other public places, and positioning his shoe cam between their legs.
Wilkinson was a teacher and a coach at Roosevelt High School.
