Sioux Falls, SD (KWSN) -The NCAA has awarded eight national championships to the city of Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls and the Sioux Falls Sports Authority will host the following championships.
- Men’s Basketball / 2017 & 2018/ Sanford Pentagon
- Women’s Basketball / 2015, 2016 & 2018 / Sanford Pentagon
- Women’s Volleyball / 2016 / Sanford Pentagon
- Wrestling / 2016 / Denny Sanford Premier Center
Meanwhile Augustana College was awarded the 2016 Cross Country Regionals at Yankton Trails.
The University of Sioux Falls and the Sioux Falls Sports Authority will host the 2018 Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Lillibridge Track in Sioux Falls, S.D.
