SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man is accused of breaking the drive-thru window at the Walgreens on South Sycamore Saturday morning and entering the store.
Lieutenant Dave McIntire says after security called police a car driven by 18-year-old Austin John Esser was stopped nearby.
McIntire says Esser allegedly gained access into the store through the drive-thru window and, fortunately, couldn't gain access to the pharmacy. But he says officer were able to arrest him for the burglary attempt.
McIntire says Esser's clothing matched that of the suspect breaking into the drive-thru window. He's charged with third degree burglary.
