A Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 6am Tuesday morning with wind chills ranging from 30 to 55 below.
Exposed flesh will freeze in 10 minutes with wind chills of 35 below...and in 5 minutes with wind chills of 50 below or colder. A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and strong winds will create dangerously low wind chill values which can result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
