SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls police arrested a transient for exposing himself at the downtown Post Office Friday afternoon.
Officer Sam Clemens says 72-year-old James Francis Two Hearts is charged with indecent exposure while standing in the entrance. Clemens says when police arrived they found Two Hearts with his pants and underwear down around his ankles.
Clemens says Two Hearts had been drinking.
Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor.
