SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man faces multiple charges after police discovered a one-pot device for making meth in a bag he was carrying.
Black is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Officer Sam Clemens says 40-year-old Larry Louis Black is also accused of having items from an earlier burglary on West 15th Street. Clemens says police found an I-pod, some jewelry and pill bottles that were tied to the burglary. It's not clear if Black is responsible for the actual burglary. He is charged with possession of stolen property.
Clemens says Black is also charged with three counts of aggravated assault for breaking into a home on Southwestern Avenue and threatening three people with a knife around five Tuesday afternoon.
That’s the incident that caught the authority's attention.
