Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO-AM) Sen. Mike Vehle of Mitchell plans to introduce another bill in the South Dakota legislature to ban texting while driving. Vehle sponsored a similar bill last year. That bill passed the senate but was rejected by a House committee.
Some South Dakota cities have already banned texting while driving. Senator Vehle wants to make the ban statewide.
