SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man is charged with abuse and cruelty for allegedly violently shaking his two-year-old daughter.
Officer Sam Clemens says the incident happened last night in the Shop N’ Cart parking lot at 6th and Cleveland. Clemens said several witness described the same scene.
Clemens says the girl was not injured but was placed in protective custody.
29-year-old Stephen Robert Zuke is charged with the felony.
