SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police identify the victim in Friday morning’s fatal car-pedestrian accident as 43-year-old Gary Peter Herll of Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says police are still trying to locate witnesses.
Clemens says no charges have been filed in the accident at 16th and Sycamore
He says investigators today are focusing on the car to determine if there any mechanical problems. Once the investigation is complete it will be turned over to the state’s attorney’s office.
