SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) -  A running, unlocked car in Sioux Falls usually means a stolen car.

Police Lieutenant Loren McManus says someone left his car running early this morning and when he returned the keys were gone but the car was still there.  The victim locked his car and asked the Minnesota Avenue convenience store clerk to watch it for him.  The clerk missed the return of the thief who took the vehicle.

McManus says police stopped the car two hours later and arrested a 17-year-old Sioux Falls girl for possession of a stolen vehicle, false impersonation, no license, warrants and zero tolerance, which is juvenile DWI.  She's lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.
