SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM)    A Sioux Falls man is accused of threatening his girlfriend with a handgun last night after he had been drinking.

Officer Sam Clemens says 41-year-old Moses Aleardo showed up at the victim’s house on West 12th Street where she told him to leave.  Aleardo allegedly pointed a handgun at the woman and told her he was going to kill her.

Because her son was behind her, Aleardo is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.  He left when the victim called police and was later arrested near 15th and Prairie.

Meanwhile...a 15-year-old boy told Sioux Falls Police that three people in a car were giving him "funny looks" last night in a strip mall parking lot on West 41st Street.

Clemens say the victim got out of his truck when one of the men got out of their car.  The victim says the suspect was racking a handgun and telling him not to come any closer.

Police later arrested 19-year-old Kendric Tschetter at his home on East 15th Street for aggravated assault.
