Functional fitness is a way to teach yourself new exercises without using any equipment. It will help you with everyday living and improve your daily activities. Please bring a water bottle and a mat. Instructor is SFPR’s Alli Fredericksen. Rain location: Kuehn Community Center. For adults 18 and older. $5 per class.
