Sioux Falls Bomb Threat

Sioux Falls, SD.  Shortly after 5pm Thursday afternoon Sioux Falls Police were sent to Walgreen’s at 26^th St. and Sycamore Ave. on call of a bomb threat.  Store management evacuated the building prior to police arriving. 

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue and Rural Metro ambulance arrived on the scene to stand by.  A search of the building was conducted by officers and staff and no explosive device was found.  Walgreen's resumed business as usual within 35 minutes.  The investigation is continuing.
