SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Here are some of the highlights of today's Sioux Falls Police briefing:
MAN WALKING AROUND WITH A RIFLE AT FALLS PARK
At about 10 Thursday evening, Sioux Falls Police received several calls about a man walking around Falls Park with a rifle. He wasn't pointing it at anyone. Just walking around with it.
Officers checked it out, but couldn't find the suspect.
MAN POINTS GUN AT MAN TAKING OUT GARGAGE
The gun theme continued with a guy taking out the trash at his apartment building on the 1500 block of East Rice Street at 8 Thursday evening. He noticed a guy in a car pointing a gun at him.
He called the police and described the suspect as a younger, thinner black man.
There were no injuries or arrests made.
