SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Crews work on a section of concrete that buckled on Louise Avenue, just north of I-229 in the northbound lane early Tuesday evening.
Traffic was moving very slowly in the area. Repair work was expected to take several hours.
