The Professional Arena Soccer League says that Oxford City FC, an ownership group based in the United Kingdom, is interested in operating a team in Sioux Falls.
PASL Commissioner Kevin Milliken says the big thing now is for the ownership group to come up with a a place to play in Sioux Falls. The earliest the team could start kicking would be the 2015-2016 season.
