SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Tour over 75 newly built homes in the free, Spring Parade of Homes that opens Saturday, May 10, across the Sioux Empire.
Parade Chair Ryan Jansa says the homes feature the hottest trends. Jansa says concrete countertops, oil finished wood flooring, in floor heat in lower level, back-to-back fireplaces and sunrooms attached to cedar covered porches are some of the amenities in Parade homes.
Prices range from $135,000 to $1 million. Maps are available in the May issue of "Home Ideas Magazine" and at the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire's website.
Homes will be open from one to five tomorrow and Sunday and from 5:30 to 8:30 on Monday for the next two weeks.
