Convenience store weapons violation

 Sioix Falls, SD (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police are investigating a second incident in two days at the Shop N’ Cart on East 6^th Street.

Police responded to the location about 7:45 Friday night on a report of a weapons violation.

Witnesses reported seeing a male fire a gun three times, then running from the area, heading south.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his early 20’s, black shoulder length hair.  He was wearing dark pants, blue shirt and a baseball style cap.

The location was the scene of an armed robbery shortly after midnight Thursday morning.  Two males armed with handguns demanded money from the clerk and fled on foot.

No arrests have been made.  The investigation is continuing.
