SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Harrisburg woman and a Sioux Falls boy were arrested yesterday afternoon for indecent exposure near the JFK Elementary School playground in southwest Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says a witness saw Bethany Jordan Poppinga and the boy in action. The witness says they were "playing around" and then stood up and took off their pants. The witness says that's when they couple started having coitus. He yelled at them and they dressed and ran away.
The witness followed the two and called police. Clemens says they were arrested near 52nd Street and Jandl Drive.
