At 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, May 18, 2014, the outside northbound lane on Minnesota Avenue will be closed north of 11th Street. Northbound traffic will use the inside northbound lane.
Lloyd Construction is working on remodeling a building. The work is anticipated to be finished by the late afternoon of May 18, 2014.

Sidewalk ClosuresBeginning on Monday, May 19, 2014, the sidewalk on the northwest corner of 12th Street and Phillips Avenue and the sidewalk in front of 329 South Phillips Avenue will be closed for repairs and replacement. A detour will route pedestrians around the work. Traffic on Phillips Avenue and 12th Street will not be affected by this work.
The repair work is expected to be complete by Wednesday, May 21, 2014.

Sanitary Sewer Construction in the Vincinty of Gary Drive to Point Drive and 18th Street to 24th StreetBeginning Monday May 19, 2014, construction crews will be working in the vicinity of Gary Drive to Point Drive and 18th Street to 24th Street. Work will consist of multiple sanitary sewer repairs. Traffic will be channeled around the work areas during construction when possible with occasional short term street closures to through traffic.
Work is expected to take four weeks with favorable working conditions.

Tenth Street and Minnesota Avenue ConstructionBeginning on Monday, May 19, 2014, the left turn lane of Tenth Street will be closed at Minnesota Avenue to allow construction crews to perform concrete repairs. Drivers may use the far left through lane to make left turns. All other through lanes of Minnesota Avenue will be unaffected.
This work is expected to take approximately two days.

Silver Valley Drive ConstructionBeginning on Monday, May 19, 2014, construction crews will be performing curb and gutter repairs on Silver Valley Drive from Larkspur Trail to Severn Lane. Silver Valley Drive will remain open to traffic during the work. Once the curb and gutter has been repaired on one side of the street, work will move to the other side of the street.
This work is expected to take approximately two weeks.

Street Closure – Maple Street North LaMesa Drive to North Marion RoadStarting Monday, May 19, 2014, Maple Road will be closed to through traffic from North LaMesa Drive to North Marion Road. Maple Street will be reconstructed from North Eagles Avenue to North Valley View Road. Work will include grading, asphalt paving, water main, sanitary sewer and restoration. Maple Avenue will have an asphalt overlay from North Valley View Road to North Marion Road. Traffic will be detoured along the Tea/Ellis Road, 60th Street North and Marion Road.
Work is anticipated to be completed by early August, 2014.

Sertoma Avenue Closure at 41st StreetStarting Wednesday, May 21, 2014, the north leg of 41st Street and Sertoma Avenue will be closed to traffic. The existing intersection is being removed and reconstructed as part of the 41st Street Reconstruction Project from Ellis Road to Sertoma Avenue.
Traffic using 41st Street will be detoured along Ellis Road, 57th Street and Sertoma Avenue. Local traffic using Sertoma Avenue between 41st Street and 26th Street will be detoured along 26th Street, Marion Road and 41st Street east of the intersection. Detour signs will also be in place along 26th Street west of Sertoma and Ellis Road north of 41st Street. Sertoma Avenue will be open to traffic from 26th Street to Roosevelt High School.
Work in the north leg of the intersection will require the closure for approximately four weeks. Access to businesses west of 41st Street and Sertoma will be maintained.
