Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - Lane closures this week:
Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue
At 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning, July 14, 2014, the outside southbound lane on Minnesota Avenue will be closed at Batcheller Lane. Southbound traffic will use the inside southbound lane and center turn lane.
Midwest Excavating will be installing utilities. The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of July 18, 2014.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closures – Main Avenue
On Monday morning, July 14, 2014, the east parking lane and easternmost southbound through lane on Main Avenue will be closed intermittently between Sixth Street and Ninth Street. Southbound traffic will use the center and westernmost southbound lanes.
The City of Sioux Falls Public Works Department will be installing new pavement markings. The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of July 15, 2014.

Lane Closure – Tenth Street
On Tuesday morning, July 15, 2014, the northernmost westbound lane on Tenth Street will be closed at Dakota Avenue. Westbound traffic will use the center and southernmost westbound lanes.
Q3 Contracting will be installing utilities. The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of July 21, 2014.
